[mythtv] numeric keys for EPG navigation

I prefer it as is. I don't have too many extra buttons on my remote.
Right now you can get away with a 6 button remote. the four directions,
plus enter plus escape. This change would _require_ more buttons, and
be less intuitive to boot in my opinion.
