[mythtv] New Theme in Progress: SasQuatch

Very nice looking.  I was starting to get a little weirded out by the
blue since so many things seem to be going with that style.  Windows
Media Center, Xbox Media Center.  I love the blue theme, but everything
was starting to look similar.
