[mythtv] Looking for a mini-atx Case

Has anyone seen the following case or know where I can get one?

I would love to put my mythtv in this case.  It holds a mini-atx board
and looks like a vcr/dvd player.  Has full size pci slots and front
usb/sound/ir .
