Could do. But just give a single argument why you would want to clutter a 
recorded show with 1000s (Or more. Or less ;-) pages not related to the 
show? . I can't image anyone interested in news, flight arrivals, weather 
forecasts (backcasts ? :-) from days (or weeks or worse) hence.

I don't see the need so I record only all subtitles
