[mythtv] CVS Configuration

I got the CVS version installed yesterday. Works great except that the
bitrate seems a bit high for my CPU. Went to check the bitrate in
settings.txt and couldn't find it. I know there is more configuration
settings under Setup off the menu, but I couldn't find bitrate anywhere.
Where can I locate it? Thanks.
