[mythtv] ALSA working, but no sound on MythTV

I finally got ALSA to work, but still I am not getting any sound when I
use MythTV.

My setup is Pinnacle PCTV with the following setup:

insmod tuner type=33
insmod bttv card=52

The picture is fine and I can change channels up and down.  The
alsamixer is not muted.

Any ideas on what to look for?
