[mythtv] Can't Make Myth 0.7

I first want to thank everyone here for being so understanding and 
willing to help all the newbies.  You guys are definitely a little more 
tollerant than the usual RTFM bunch.  Myth is really an exciting project 
that is attracting a bunch of Linux newbies.  It is great that the 
community is so tollerant.

Anyway, I continue to have frustration trying to get this to work.  I 
got it to totally work a couple weeks ago on some sloooooow hardware 
basicly without asking questions.  I've upgraded the hardware and am 
trying to do a fresh install Mandrake 9.0 and everything else.  I keep 
running into problems; some i've been able to tackle, and others I've 
just started over to solve.  It seems I keep getting a differnt problem 
each time.  Go figure!

Anyway, my latest problem, I get an error when I try and make myth.
Here is my output:
