Thanks for the info tarek! Does anyone know of a combined IR receiver/transmitter that Lirc supports? I plan on using the second serial port on the myth box for a RS232-controlled cam. So after thinking this through a bit more, if I used a serial port to a new receiver and the other one for an IR receiver I couldn't use my cam. Jeff
