[mythtv] DirecTV Pay Per View script

Hey guys!

One of the things I had noticed was that the Pay Per View script was mismatched in terms of "days" with the mythfilldatabase program.. What this meant was that mythfilldatabase wouldn't fill, since it thought those days already were.. So, I broke up the pay per view script into two parts: delete and fill..

Here is my new myth.sh, which I call from my cron.daily.. Basically, it erases the old entries, mythfills, then updates the PPVs again..
