Yes, I'm using the ATI TV-Wonder (not the VE, the full, stereo model). 
So far, no problems at all with it, and it's working very well.  The 
bttv module correctly autodetects the proper card (63) and also detects 
and installs the msp3400 module.  You might have to pass in the tuner 
type to the module (my card has a philips NTSC tuner, tuner type 2)... I 
can't remember if that autodetected correctly or not.
