[mythtv] How do you run mythfrontend automatically after WindowMaker starts ?

You probably want to get rid of your windowmanager altogether. This would 
simplify things greatly. Just start up X by itself and then start MythTV. 
You'll have to go in and hack your X startup scripts. Start with the 
"startx" script and work your way up the "food chain"...
