[mythtv] nvidia geforce4 tv-out

I just found this link which fixed the only problem I had with my 
geforce4 mx card tv-out, the black bars on the left and top of the 
screen.   Isaac mentioned awhile ago something about "service mode" 
which I didn't clue into until just now.     I didn't realize that TV's 
nowadays have electronic versions of  the position and size controls 
hidden from normal users under a ta-da "service mode"

On my toshiba it was press mute on the remote, press and hold mute on 
the remote and press menu on the tv.   then press menu on the tv again.  

Anyways, mythtv now goes border to border on video2,  regular cable is 
fine on the tv's tuner.    

This might be something for the FAQ to help newbies.
