[mythtv] Bug: Does not record show if watching LiveTV

I am using the CVS from a few days ago.   And have been doing some
testing and found something.

Lets say its 9:55pm and you are watching LiveTV and at 10:00pm MythTV is
to record a show on a different channel.

At 10:00pm there are a few audio drop out but nothing happens, it stays
on the same channel.

If I go to the play menu and try to play the show it does nothing and
the mythfronend shows:
File not found: /home1/store/1009_20030101220000_20030101230000.nuv
ASSERT: "i <= nodes" in /usr/lib/qt3-gcc3.2/include/qvaluelist.h (360)

The mythbackend shows:
Changing from None to WatchingLiveTV
strange error flushing buffer ...
Unknown state transition: 1 to 3

If I am not watching LiveTV, all the recording stuff seems to work ok.
