[mythtv] tv_grab_uk graphical setup.

Since you seem to be getting towards releasing 0.8 I though I ought to
clarify the position of the tv_grab_uk graphical setup and xmltv.

Some of the data has been added into CVS of tv_grab_uk - the equivalent
of the --providers. However XMLTV CVS is not compatible with the code in
MythTV CVS for graphical uk channel setup.

 - first: Ed Avis, wasn't happy with putting in channel numbers (meaning
that  mythfilldatabase --manual is required). It seems to make sense to
switch it back to non-graphical).

- second: Ed, wanted the changes I made to XMLTV to live in a wrapper
program- either living within the XMLTV distribution or MythTV
distribution. 


The channel numbers- and how they are handled in XMLTV seems to be a
show-stopper at present. It seems unlikely that graphical uk setup will
be sorted in time for 0.8 (- or I can't commit time to anything for the
next 2 months).

I think this needs to be delayed- (the Commercial detection seems more
exciting than this small contribution).
