[mythtv] Myth .nuv MPEG4 format portability

Thanks for the info Dave, unfortunately that utility stated that I do in
fact have the codecs. I'm getting audio, but just a green screen for video.
This happened even if I changed the -ovc switch to lavc or divx4.
