[mythtv] Myth .nuv MPEG4 format portability

I did a bit of thinking on this and have a simple question:

Has -anyone- gotten a mencoder -ovc copy -oac copy created file to play 
under windows media player with any codecs?  I have not been able to make 
this step work with ffdshow, xvid, divx codecs/dshow filters.

Deinterlacing, scaling and other things can be worried about after this...I 
think this is the crucial step IMO.
