[mythtv] Patch for multiple playlists in mythmusic

	Sorry ... kind of a big patch, but didn't want to commit this straight to CVS 
as it's all a bit experimental. If people could try this out and let me know 
how it goes that would be good. In particular:

	1. Does it work if you use directory structure (instead of tags) 

	2. How goes entering new playlist names with a remote control?

	3. Does it do anything nasty?

	To install this, you need a recent CVS (i.e. within the last 5 hours) and a 
built and installed libmyth from that cvs. Then copy the diff file to 
mythmusic/mythmusic and do:

	patch -p 0 < playlists_patch.diff
