[mythtv] Illegal instruction

To fix my Illegal instruction problem with a K6-2, I needed to change:
1.  Lame's compile options(the default is i686) to i586
2.  settings.pro file in myth
3.  Changed /usr/lib/qt3-gcc3.2/mkspecs/default/qmake.conf for qt stuff
4.  Turned off de-interlacing
