[mythtv] backend and frontend on different computers.

Since most of the setup items are not in the database, if we separate the 
frontend and backend, does that that mean that both computer will use the 
same themes's, output audio device, etc...

Also, does a frontend box need to mount(NFS or Samba) the backend 
server's hard disk so the frontend can play the files?   Or does the 
backend stream the video/audio data to the frontend it self?
