[mythtv] MythWeb patches.

These three patches against functions.php, recordings.php and listings.php should:

1) fix a bug in the recordings page where the times/dates were shown wrong

2) display an hours and dates pulldown on each listing page to allow quick 
jumps to a particular date/time instead of having to click the arrows a lot...

3) allow for future jumps using the yearmonthdayhourminutesecond format if anyone needs it

They should be against current CVS using "cvs diff -u".
