[mythtv] Lini-In Volume

For whatever reason, the volume for Line-In keeps dropping to zero and
not coming up to record.  This is, as you can imagine, really
frustrating because I get silent recordings.  I tried a cron job that
restores ALSA's mixers every to a pre-stored value every minute but that
doesn't seem to have helped/happened.
Any ideas?

P.S. This is a late Jan CVS that otherwise works.
