[mythtv] [PATCH] Record what I'm watching

I like how, while in browse mode, you can start
recording the show you've browsed to by pressing 'R'. 
But I don't see why this should be confined to browse
mode.  So I extended this functionality into
non-browse mode LiveTV.  In live TV, pressing 'R' will
start recording the show you're watching.  In browse
mode, 'R' will start recording the show you've browsed
to.
