[mythtv] DVB-Virtual Recorder (Multiple recordings on one card)

Hi,

This is a proof of concept kind of code, that I slapped together today.
My problem is that I have a conditional access module attached to my dvb
card, which refuses to decrypt multiple channels at the same time (And I
only have access to crypted channels from my satellite feed (for
now:()). However, I belive that the patch is working, but it's ugly, and
is therefor only intended for anyone willing to do more work on it. The
patch also contains some small tidbits from my local tree (the patch by
Augusto Cardoso).
