[mythtv] Wrong time in Myth with PVR350 PAL output

Hi,

that's it. Seems fine now, sometimes I still have a 10sec log after some
time, so maybe commflaging is not yet usable, but it's a vast
improvement.

I'm trying to do a patch, but don't know yet how to detect the PAL
driver setting.
