And 3 of mine however /usr/src/linux-`uname -r`/include/asm works for mine.

This is all getting to compilcated.  If you want O_STREAMING apply the 
patch and make sure you're using the right headers.  Why complicate 
things by trying to deal with misconfigured systems?
