So it marks all programs in the 'view scheduled' screen that are lower than 
the live tv priority, regardless of if they'd actually be overridden or not?  
That doesn't seem right to me..  A potentially better solution would be to 
let the scheduler handle it, and re-run the scheduler when live tv mode 
starts/stops anywhere.
