[mythtv] Wrong time in Myth with PVR350 PAL output

So the 1/6th lag is just coincidence? Shame, it did fit into the picture
quite nicely :-)

I have to admit, I didn't test this one. Still have to test the new ivtv
with the mailbox handling changes. Do the two play nicely together? Or
do I need the old ivtv with your patches to test the new myth patch?
