[mythtv] [PATCH] MPEG2->MPEG2 commercial cut (alpha verson 0.2)

I ran this without a cutlist and no dice, the audio slowly goes off track. 
The original file is fine.

can you try it without specifying the cutlist?  This will let me know if
it is related to the clipping or a general pts issue.

Also, current CVS for libavcodec (and what is in myth) yet again broke
mpeg2cut.  The fix is trivial, but I'm currently in the middle of a major
overhaul to get it ready for inclusion in mythtranscode, so it'll have to
wait a while.
