[mythtv] [PATCH] MP3 options for TV recording

Performance doesn't imply speed or quality, but can encompass both, which
is why it is a good term. You could change the word to quality, and change
the options to reflect the quality and have the speed impact in
parenthesis, but then you just beg the question: "Who wouldn't want higher
quality?"
