[mythtv] [PATCH] Obscure German cable frequencies added

Finally managed to compile mythtv last night but couldn't tune to all 
stations. The reasons is that they are not defined in frequencies.c. The 
stations broadcasting at that frequencies are crap anyway, so it's not 
really a problem but patch fixes it.

It defines SE21 to SE25 and SE35 which are used in Hamburg, Germany. I don't 
know about the channels SE26 to SE34. There doesn't seem to be any 
information about them on the net...


BTW, is there any program to fine-tune the PVR-350. Since xawtv is not an 
option there doesn't seem to be a way to fine-tune the card anymore...
