[mythtv] mythweb and scheduled recordings

ok, I think I have this all working more or less properly again.  I also
simplified the links considerably, which should avoid issues with long
descriptions breaking some old browsers by having too long of a URL
string.

I left in the stuff that writes to oldrecorded because I actually use it
(there are often episodes that I'd like not to record, and that's the
easy way to do so for now), but I also tried to organize things to use
the conflictresolution and recordoverride stuff when appropriate.

Anyway, if anyone wants to try things out, feel free to let me know of
any bugs so I can get them fixed before Isaac releases .13.

Also, the "compact" theme is probably in need of being updated.  I
tweaked it a little, but it probably needs some more poking (and anyone
who does so will be appreciated).  :)
