[mythtv] mythfrontend 0.12 crash when trying to view EPG

I've done some more testing as well, and it seems dependant upon number
of channels in the channel table with a channum !='' and number of lines
shown in the EPG.
with 0.12
2 channels with channums, 8 lines shown, no crash
3 channels with channums, 8 lines shown, crash
2 channels with channums, 7 lines shown, no crash
3 channels with channums, 7 lines shown, no crash.

with CVS,

2 channels with channums, 8 lines shown, crash
3 channels with channums, 8 lines shown, no crash
2 channels with channums, 7 lines shown, crash
3 channels with channums, 7 lines shown, no crash
