[mythtv] digital hook-ups

The Zoltrix Nightingale seems to work well for digital input and output 
(audio). I know there is ALSA support in MythTV now but I'm not sure if 
it's to the point where you can use S/PDIF output. It wouldn't be too 
hard I suppose.
