[mythtv] pageUp/pageDown in MythGame

Frustrated by having to hit the down arrow a ton of times to get through
my list of games, I attempted here to add page up/page down support.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to determine how many rows will be
visible within the game list. One of my machines has 9, the other 13.
Both are set to 640x480 Visor theme. I currently have the jump
hard-coded to 9 in the patch. Anyone know a better (not hard-coded) way
to do this?
