[mythtv] cvs commit error...

This is cvs's way of telling you that someone else has updated
the file on the server and your local copy is not the most
recent. This typically only happens when doing a 'cvs commit'
and you have modified the older (local) copy. However, cvs
isn't perfect and every now and then thinks you've modified the
file when you haven't.
