[mythtv] scrolling through channel guide causes crash

Sorry, I should have added more info.  In any case, I followed the steps
of the HOWTO, and that didn't seem to have helped...  It also crashes
almost instantly under gdb if I try to scroll through the channel
listsings while watching liveTV (with the small picture in the top
right).  I tried it with and without the handle SIGPIPE nostop to no
avail.  And I havn't setup changechannel.csh yet, so the error message
is expected.
