[mythtv] Mythweb2 Recorded Programs List

Resurrecting an old thread here, but I just ran into this problem, and I
figured out what's causing it.  It's the same thing that was causing
problems when transferring the preview pngs and some people only saw the
first 8k.  Attached is a small patch that will ensure all the data is
transferred from the backend in a backend_command2 call.
