[mythtv] No Audio in latest CVS

Still doesn't work for me. Using very latest mythtv and ivtv version
from CVS (as of 2 am GMT+1).

test_ioctl -a gives me the below information which seems to have a high
enough value for volume and unmuted sound.

Any more ideas?
