[mythtv] transcoding and mencoding without teletext.

This is very preliminary, since I've only tried it on one show so far,
but with the latest transcoding patch (updated a few hours ago) and
*not* having teletext on at all (thus no hogging the vbi device, etc..)
I successfully cut the start and end off with the transcoder and had
mencoder do the final bit of magic to make a divx file from that. No
problems on that occasion. Will try a bit more tomorrow to make sure.
I'm wondering if activating high-bit characters again made a difference
here? May they be seen as terminators or something by mencoder and thus
it chokes? Will investigate the next few days. In the long run I need
those chars, though... :)
