[mythtv] patch to fix lirc focus problems

Hi,

This patch is less than ideal. It subclasses QApplication and uses
x11EventFilter to block events that would cause focus to be lost. This
patch allows me to use my computer in screen0 and control mythtv with my
remote (via the new lirc interface) on screen1 (my tv).
Comments suggestions welcome.
