[mythtv] [PATCH] External TV programs in MythTV (tvtime)

If there are DVB cards available, it tries to use them.
Those cards had currently no /dev/videoX available, just the number of the
card.

I imagine that the first patch we can do, is simply ignore them and use it
only for analog. However should be interesting to extend that also for other
input types, how do you think that can be done best? an EXECDVB maybe?

I'm leaving in vacation just tomorrow, sorry for not providing you directly
a patch for that, maybe after I can do it, however I would like to know your
opinion about that DVB question.

Given the current DVB status and what's about, I don't think that's very
much important if gets fixed or not before 0.11
