[mythtv] [PATCH] [mythmusic] Genre support and usability tweak

Patch to add genre support for vorbisencoder
Patch to eject CD if user hits 'ESC' while previewing freedb data
Patch to configure to enable all options
Patch to fire off a script after a CD completes ripping

CD.PostRip.sh goes in mythmusic/mythmusic


I can now sit at my laptop, leave my convergence machine ripping away and not
have to get up every few minutes to see if it has finished...
