[mythtv] MythDVD and transcoding

	CVS of MythDVD now offers support for transcoding DVDs. 

	WARNING: This is experimental code. It may do weird things.

	For those brave enough to fiddle with it, the main thing it is lacking is a 
reasonable set of transcoding options for most DVD formats. I'm happy to 
accept suggestions for new db rows that define more transcoding arguments 
(this will make more sense after you've played with it and seen the 
README's).

	Any suggestions should include a bit of reasoning as to why it's settings 
represent sensible values, and would ideally come in the form of a patch (or 
snippet) to metadata.sql.
