[mythtv] mythweb - mythmusic - patch 08072003

Hello Chris,

This patch makes the mythmusic section more usable with the following
changes/additions:

-Display play lists and filter by track name, artist, album and genre.
-Sort/resort the tracks based on column headers.
-A more detailed view of individual tracks 
-View all playlists a track belongs to
-Some mouseover status bar comments

I just read your last email regarding previous mythweb2 patches. 
Hopefully, I will be able to bring things into a state your content with
without you having to move your focus from the mythtv portion of
mythweb.  

I will rework things more in the future until then this may make the
section more useful at least.
