This seems to break the pvr250 recordings. After this (though there were
a few other commits) I get errors from libavcodec when trying to watch
tv or recordings. The errors over and over are:
POS ERROR 43 42
marker missing
pb frame not supported
HEADER ERROR
marker missing
pb frame not supported
HEADER ERROR
marker missing
POS ERROR 8 6
pb frame not s
etc..

If this isn't fixed when I get home tomorrow, I'll see if I can't debug
it further.
