Why, was it that bad?

Anyway, here's what I was hoping would get into CVS.

Fixed:
    - avformatdecoder crashing when adding stream.
    - drop packets until sequence start on channel change.
        (prevents errors)
    - added ci (works great with conax cam)
    - cleaned up dvb*
    - builds without USING_DVB
