[mythtv] mythtv setup/frontend crash and workaround

Hi,

Myth frontend/setup kept crashing on me, for no particular reason.
When trying to set the font arial it crashed.

I didn't have the Arial font installed. Libxft crashed ...
This is on debian stable btw.

The way to solve is to install the arial font or perhaps a more recent
version of libxft. In debian it is conveniet to install the package msttcorefonts.
(which failed on getting the fonts but if look for them trough google
you should be fine).
