[mythtv] capture size

Couple notes/corrections:  If you haven't noticed my other posts, this 
is with a PVR250.  On the X in 800x600 front, it actually DOES display 
full screen, but the same issues exist wrt outputting to TV.  I also 
added some printk's into ivtv and in both cases it claims to be 
capturing @ 640x480.
