[mythtv] lockups

Very interesting -- I throttled my Athlon back from 1Ghz to 750Mhz and I 
haven't had a lockup during mythtv yet ... Things are working great!  
Not sure what this actually implies, but given that my processor at 
750Mhz is 60% idle while watching live tv, it seems fine to me.

On the not-being-able-to-read-from-/dev/video front, I unloaded and 
reloaded the ivtv driver and it seemed to fix it...
