[mythtv] Adjusting individual time offsets

Hmm, that would be very tricky to fix. What I'm working on now does it
per channel, not per show. I suppose if the timeoffset were more of a
list of offsets with time information in it as well, that could be used
instead. I'll look into that possibility. That is once I actually get
the hourly offset working.
